Brigantine, Clipper, Schooner and Cutter dominate the entire length of the street, and were built in the 1980’s in Edwardian style, to blend in with the neighbours opposite. At the time, original materials were used and the facades later Listed.

In September 2017, we came to the end of a 40 week programme with long-term partner, Iesis Group, to give the houses a new lease of life: offering fantastic, practical accommodation for the city’s students.

The four houses join together to offer 87 spacious flats, with communal kitchens, telephone entry systems, and PIR bathroom lighting. We installed new roofs and floors, and, whilst the middle house still retains the original Imperial bricks, the remaining facades were built with manufactured bricks in the same style.
